矿山硬岩巷道掘进技术现状与展望

摘要 钻爆法和截齿破岩技术被用于解决硬岩截割的难题,但2种方法都存在诸多不足,难以适用于矿山硬岩巷道安全高效掘进。根据破岩方式的不同,对当前前沿的矿山硬岩巷道掘进技术进行了总结和探索研究。首先,阐述了不同硬岩截割方式的破岩机理,结合巷道成形方式介绍了国内外先进的硬岩巷道掘进装备,分析了相关装备的优缺点,指出了其适用范围。最后,分析了目前前沿的硬岩巷道掘进技术的局限性,指出了各种硬岩巷道掘进技术的未来发展趋势,高灵活性及各种破岩方式复合技术是实现矿山硬岩巷道安全高效掘进的发展方向。 Drilling and blasting method and pick cutting technology are used to solve the problem of hard rock cutting,but both methods have many shortcomings and are difficult to apply to safe and efficient excavation of hard rock roadway in mine.Based on different rock-breaking methods,a summary and exploratory study of current leading edge hard rock roadway excavation technologies in mine were conducted.Firstly,the rock-breaking mechanisms of different hard rock cutting methods were explained.Combined with tunnel formation methods,advanced hard rock roadway excavation equipment at home and abroad was introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of related equipment were analyzed,and pointed out their applicable ranges.Finally,the limitations of current leading edge hard rock roadway excavation technologies were analyzed,and the future development trends of various hard rock roadway excavation technologies were indicated.High flexibility and composite technology of various rock-breaking methods are the development direction for achieving safe and efficient excavation of hard rock roadway in mine.
