强风化基岩大断面井筒掘进支护技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 上湾煤矿8.8m首采工作面投产前,在超大断面超大采高强风化基岩段井筒掘进施工、支护新工艺的实践应用。在火工品不能供应及盾构法等传统施工存在时间长、安全风险大、造价高的情况下,为了使超大液压支架能顺利抵达工作面确保8.8m首采面顺利投产,结合现场实际通过采用小松PC160LC-7型号挖掘机(带破碎锤)进行掘进施工,减少了对周边岩体的扰动保证了安全施工。通过现场科学组织合理安排施工,达到了安全高效高质量与井下贯通成果,为强风化基岩段的斜井井筒施工技术创新提供了借鉴。 The practical application of the new technology of shaft excavation and support in super large section and super large mining high strength weathered bedrock section before the production of the 8.8m first mining face in Shangwan Coal Mine.In the case that initiating explosive devices cannot be supplied and traditional construction such as shield tunneling has a long time,high safety risk and high cost,in order to enable the super large hydraulic support to reach the working face smoothly and ensure that the 8.8m first mining face can be put into production smoothly,Komatsu PC160LC-7 excavator(with a breaking hammer)is used for tunneling in combination with the actual situation on the site,reducing the disturbance to the surrounding rock mass and ensuring safe construction.Through scientific organization and reasonable arrangement of construction on site,the achievements of safe,efficient,high-quality and underground connection are achieved,which provides reference experience for the technical innovation of inclined shaft construction in strongly weathered bedrock section in the future.
