摘要
采用ACE分散蓝染料对禾素纤维(PHBV/PLA 70/30)进行染色。采用染色温度、保温时间、染液pH 3个影响因素设计正交实验,以上染率、固色率、K/S值进行染色性能评价,优选染色工艺,同时对优化工艺染色的纤维进行色牢度测试。结果表明,禾素纤维的优化染色工艺为:染色温度100℃、保温时间40 min、染液pH 6;在优化工艺下染色纤维的上染率为94.02%,固色率为88.50%,K/S值为15.06,且耐皂洗色牢度、耐光色牢度均在4级以上,耐干摩擦色牢度为4级,耐湿摩擦色牢度为3~4级,具有良好的色牢度性能。
ACE disperse blue dye was used to stain the fibre(PHBV/PLA 70/30).The orthogonal test was designed by using the three influencing factors of dyeing temperature,holding time and pH of dyeing solution,and the dyeing performance was evaluated by the above dyeing rate,color fixation rate and K/S value,and the best dyeing process was optimized,and the color fastness test of the dyed fiber was carried out under the op⁃timal process conditions.The results showed that the optimal dyeing process of PHBV/PLA fiber was as fol⁃lows:dyeing temperature 100℃,holding time 40 min,pH of dyeing solution 6.Under the optimized process,the dyeing rate of the fiber was 94.02%,the color fixation rate was 88.50%,and the K/S value was 15.06,and the color fastness to soaping and light were above level 4,the color fastness to dry friction was level 4,and the color fastness to wet friction was level 3-4,which had good color fastness performance.
