摘要
在新文科建设的背景下,培养应用型人才成为体育经济与管理专业创新发展的应有之义。研究运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在系统阐释新文科的内涵和意义的基础上,审视体育经济与管理专业人才培养在前沿性专业知识、普适性通识课程、针对性实践机会、特色化应用能力方面的困境。据此提出培养对策:明确专业特点特色,准确定位培养目标;合理划分课程模块,精准编制课程地图;理论与实践相结合,将育人与育才并重;注重应用能力培养,主动拓宽就业渠道。
Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,the training of comprehensive application-oriented personnel has become the due meaning of the innovation and development of sports economy and management major.On the basis of systematically explaining the connotation and significance of new liberal arts with the methods of literature and logical analysis,the dilemma of the personnel training of sports economy and management in the aspects of frontier professional knowledge,universal general knowledge courses,targeted practice opportunities and characteristic application ability is examined.Accordingly,the training countermeasures are proposed:clarify the characteristics of the major and accurately locate the training objectives;rationally divide the curriculum modules,and accurately compile the curriculum map;combine theory with practice and attach equal importance to education and education;pay attention to the cultivation of application ability and actively broaden the employment channels.
