摘要
科教融汇是现代职业教育体系中的核心理念,发挥着科研与教学融合的协同效应,具有整合技术创新与人才培养的双重价值。随着产业转型升级和科技快速发展,经济社会越发需要大量创造型技能人才,而科教融汇有其历史性内涵与现实性外延,有益于支撑职业本科教育培养此类人才。面向现实,科教融汇是助力职业本科教育培养创新型技能人才的关键之举,这一理念的融入有助于强化学生的创造性思维,并显著提高学生学习与科研能力。为此,各类院校需着力推进科研与教学系统融合育人制度,创新应用导向的技术技能人才培养体系,建构产教融合校企合作协同育人新模式,借助多维手段助推研创师资队伍建设,并创设面向实际生产的科教融汇校园文化,以此培养、选拔与发掘更多创造型技能人才,为经济、产业与职业教育发展提供强劲动能。
The integration of science and education is the core concept in modern vocational education system,which plays a synergistic role in combining research and teaching and integrating technological innovation with talent cultivation.With the transformation and upgrading of industries and rapid technological development,there is an increasing demand for a large number of creative skilled talents in the economy and society.The integration of science and education has historical connotations and practical significance,which is beneficial to support the cultivation of such talents in vocational undergraduate education.In reality,the integration of science and education is a key step in promoting the cultivation of innovative skilled talents in vocational undergraduate education.Its concept helps strengthen students'creative thinking and significantly improves their learning and research abilities.Therefore,various types of institutions need to promote the integration of research and teaching systems,innovate application-oriented technological skill training systems,establish collaborative education models that integrate industry and education,and utilize various means to promote the construction of a research and innovation-oriented teaching staff.In addition,we should also use multi-dimensional means to promote the construction of research and innovation teaching teachers,and create science and education for actual production integrate campus culture,in order to train,select and explore more creative skills talents,for the economy and the development of industrial and vocational education provides strong momentum.
