摘要
从高校文科教育现状看,无论是人才评价、师生关系等内部因素,还是校企合作、家校关系等外部因素,都存在着一定程度“对立”视角下的相对价值分割,与新文科建设内涵相悖。以H校文科专业学生为调研对象,针对“师生关系”“校企合作”“家校关系”三个层面测量了学生对学校人才培养路径的主观感知,并运用SPSSAU在线分析软件进行数据分析。研究发现,采用分数衡量学生学习效能在受访学生中广受争议;教师仍然扮演着学生心中的权威角色,但家庭成员与行业精英也同样被受访学生期待参与到大学专业教育中。新文科建设是多方行动者缔造教育命运共同体的价值共创过程。通过建构高校主导教育改革体系、企业主导人才评价体系和家庭主导意识培养体系,打造“三个共建”网络,明确不同行动者在新文科建设网络中的地位和作用,可逐步形成“校、企、家”三维一体的立体式、多维度行动者教育网,有助于各方行动者在新文科建设进程中形成互惠共赢的获益关系,最终实现新文科建设目标。
From the current situation of liberal arts education in colleges and universities,whether it is internal factors such as talent evaluation,teacher-student relationship,or external factors such as school-enterprise cooperation and family-school relationship,there is a certain degree of relative value segmentation from the perspective of“opposition”,which is contrary to the connotation of new liberal arts construction.Taking the students majoring in liberal arts at H University as the research object,this paper measured students′subjective perception of the school talent cultivation path from three aspects of the“teacher-student relationship”,“school-enterprise cooperation,”and“home-school relationship”,and used SPSSAU online analysis software for data analysis.We find that using scores to measure students′learning effectiveness is widely disputed among the surveyed students.Teachers still play the role of authority in students′minds,but students also expect family members and industry elites to be involved in university professional education.The construction of new liberal arts is a process of value co-creation in which various actors create a community of educational destiny.By constructing the university-led education reform system,the enterprise-led talent evaluation system,and the family-led awareness training system,creating the“three co-construction”network,and clarifying the status and role of different actors in the new liberal arts construction network,a three-dimensional and multi-dimensional actor education network of“school,enterprise and home”can be gradually formed,which will help all actors to form a mutually beneficial and win-win relationship in the process of new liberal arts construction,and ultimately achieve the goal of new liberal arts construction.
