数字创新对非标准就业者过度劳动的影响——平抑还是激化

Impact of Digital Innovation on the Overwork of Non-Standard Workers:Mitigation or Exacerbation

摘要 数字零工群体的过度劳动问题引起了社会的广泛关注。基于2012—2021年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)与职业信息网络(O NET)数据,建立双重固定效应模型,实证分析数字创新对非标准就业者过度劳动的影响及工作压力的作用机制。研究发现,数字创新显著提升了非标准就业者过度劳动的概率,且该效应在养家糊口、技能提升、同群竞争压力较大的群体中更突出;数字创新通过增强时间压力和竞争压力的感知,以及提高时间管理和抗压性的工作要求,导致非标准就业者过度劳动;数字创新还诱发了工作自主性悖论,即过劳效应集中于高自主认知的非标准就业者。 The issue of overwork among digital gig workers has attracted widespread social attention.Based on the data from the 2012-2018 Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)and the Occupational Information Network(O*NET),the paper constructed a“twoway”fixed-effects model to empirically analyze the impact of digital innovation on overwork among non-standard workers and the mechanism of work stress.The study found that,digital innovation significantly increased the probability of overwork among non-standard workers,and this effect was more pronounced in groups facing greater pressures to support their families,enhance skills,and compete with peers.Digital innovation led to overwork among non-standard workers by increasing the perception of time pressure and competitive pressure,as well as raising the job demands for time management and stress resilience.Digital innovation also induced the paradox of job autonomy,where the overwork effect was concentrated among non-standard workers with high levels of perceived autonomy.
