摘要
标准节作为塔式起重机中关键的桁架式结构,在焊接过程中会因为不均匀的加热和冷却造成零件局部膨胀导致变形,对起重机的稳定性和安全性造成严重影响。为解决此问题,提出了优化标准节焊接变形控制技术,通过调整主弦杆焊接顺序,在设计焊接接头形状和尺寸时,合理安排腹杆和连接板的焊缝数量和大小;采用对称焊接法焊接截面形状和焊缝布置均匀对称的焊件。通过以上技术的优化,较好地控制了标准节焊接变形问题,不仅能提升标准节的精度,还提高了施工效率和质量。
As a key truss structure in tower cranes,standard sections can cause local expansion and deformation of parts during welding due to uneven heating and cooling,which seriously affects the stability and safety of the crane.To solve this problem,an optimized standard section welding deformation control technology has been proposed.By adjusting the welding sequence of the main chord,the number and size of welds on the belly member and connecting plate are reasonably arranged when designing the shape and size of the welding joint.Use symmetrical welding method to weld welded parts with uniform and symmetrical cross-sectional shape and weld seam arrangement.Through the optimization of the above technologies,the welding deformation problem of the standard section has been well controlled,which not only improves the accuracy of the standard section,but also enhances the construction efficiency and quality.
