摘要
焊接变形是影响塔式起重机标准节尺寸稳定性的重要因素,进而对其稳定性和安全性造成威胁。文中以TC5013塔式起重机的标准节为例,根据其结构特点、焊接工艺等因素,研究了该机主弦杆的焊接顺序、焊接参数、焊接工装对主弦杆收缩变形的影响规律,分析了变形原因,可为塔式起重机标准节生产工艺的提升提供依据。
Welding deformation is an important factor that affects the dimensional stability of standard section of tower crane,so it may threaten its stability and safety.In this paper,taking the standard section of TC5013 tower crane as an example,according to its structural characteristics,welding technology and other factors,the influence of welding sequence,welding parameters and welding equipment on the contraction and deformation of the main chord was studied,and the deformation reasons were analyzed,which can provide a basis for improving the production technology of the standard section of tower crane.
