摘要
汽车起重机车架为典型的箱型结构,因外型尺寸大、焊缝分布复杂,焊接变形的仿真难度大。本文使用固有应变理论,进行焊接变形的仿真计算,并与实测变形数值进行了对比。仿真结果和实测结果具有很好的一致性。
The car crane frame is a typical box structure,which is difficult because of the large size of the outer size,the distribution of the weld and the simulation of the welding deformation.In this paper,the simulation calculation of welding deformation is used to compare the measured deformation values.The simulation results and the measured results have good consistency.
