摘要
随着中国逐渐成为全球经济秩序的重要参与者,国家及社会各界对于英语专业人才的需求日益增加。高校作为英语人才培养的摇篮,必须在教学模式和思路上进行创新。通过以输出为驱动精准提升课程质量,以主题为中心促进学生素养提升,打造开放式课堂设计线上线下产出任务,完善评价机制确保评价科学、客观、全面,加强教师队伍建设以提升价值引领及育人效能等方式,有效应对传统高校英语教学“学用分离”的挑战,培养学生成为推动国家繁荣及社会发展的复合型人才。
As China gradually becomes an important participant in the global economic order,the demand for English professionals from the country and various sectors of society is increasing.As the cradle of English talents,universities must innovate in teaching modes and ideas.This paper believes that improving the quality of courses through precision should be driven by output,and centered on themes to promote student literacy.Open classroom design should be created with online and offline output tasks,and evaluation mechanisms should be improved to ensure scientific,objective,and comprehensive evaluation.At the same time,teacher team building should be strengthened to enhance value guidance and educational effectiveness,in order to effectively respond to the challenge of"separation of learning and application"in traditional college English teaching,and cultivate students to become composite talents that promote national prosperity and social development.
