摘要
目的:探讨荔湾区危重症救治中心相关血液净化救治建设在危重症患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年5月—2022年5月在荔湾区人民医院血液透析中心进行血液净化的41例危重症患者作为前期组(实施常规管理),选择2022年6月—2023年11月进行透析的44例危重症患者作为后期组(按照荔湾区危重症救治中心相关血液净化救治建设的流程进行管理)。比较两组干预效果。结果:后期组血红蛋白水平、血清白蛋白水平、血清钙水平、尿素氮清除率、Kt/V值、生存率高于前期组,血清磷水平、感染总发生率低于前期组,生存期长于前期组(P<0.05)。结论:荔湾区危重症救治中心相关血液净化救治建设能够提高血液净化效果,改善危重症患者预后,降低感染发生风险。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the construction of blood purification treatment in Liwan District Critical Illness Treatment Center in critically ill patients.Methods:A total of 41 critically ill patients who underwent blood purification in the Blood Purification Center of Liwan District People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the early group(implementing conventional management).A total of 44 critically ill patients who underwent dialysis from June 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the late group(managed according to the process of construction of blood purification treatment in Liwan District Critical Illness Treatment Center).The intervention effects were compared between two groups.Results:The hemoglobin level,serum albumin level,serum calcium level,urea nitrogen clearance rate,Kt/V value and survival rate in the late group were higher than those in the early group,while serum phosphorus level and total incidence of infections in the late group were lower than those in the early group,and the survival time in the late group was longer than that in the early group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of blood purification treatment in Liwan District Critical Illness Treatment Center can improve the blood purification effect,ameliorate the prognosis of critically ill patients,and reduce the risk of infection.
