维持性血液透析患者导管相关右心房血栓1例及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,28岁,因“血肌酐升高1年,反复发热半月”于2019年2月13日潍坊市人民医院血液净化中心入院。患者1年前诊断为慢性肾脏病5期,因双上肢自体血管条件差、严重低蛋白血症,行右颈内静脉带涤纶套带隧道双腔导管(tunneled cuffed catheter,TCC)置入术,开始血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)治疗3次/w,病情稳定。入院前25天患者因突发腹痛就诊于当地消化科诊治时,突然出现胸闷、憋气,不能平卧,心脏彩超:右房内近下腔入口处探及26.1mm×17.6mm团块状回声,右房内探及置管回声。患者症状重,手术不能耐受,应用低分子肝素抗凝治疗(具体不详),症状稳定后出院。
