摘要
目的:分析延续性护理在肠造口出院患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年2月于湖南省人民医院行肠造口术的患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施延续性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组自护优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组健康状况调查简表各项评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组造口袋更换、并发症预防、饮食知识、日常活动调整评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:延续性护理在肠造口出院患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者自我护理能力、护理知识掌握度、护理满意度,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing in discharged patients with enterostomy.Methods:A total of eighty patients who underwent enterostomy in Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented continuous nursing based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The rate of self-care in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after nursing,the scores of the health status survey summary table in the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of ostomy bag replacement,complication prevention,diet knowledge and daily activity adjustment in two groups were higher than before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The application effect of continuous nursing in discharged patients with enterostomy is remarkable,which can improve patients'self-care ability,nursing knowledge mastery,nursing satisfaction,and improve patients'quality of life.
