摘要
目的 了解军校护理学员动机调节、元认知调节和学习投入的整体水平,并探讨三者之间的关系。方法 采用动机调节问卷(motivation regulation scale,MRS)、元认知调节量表、学习投入量表(utrecht work engagement scale-student,UWES-S)对某军医大学符合纳入与排除标准的83名护理学员进行问卷调查。结果 共回收有效问卷83份。83名护理学员的MRS得分为(113.23±18.63)分,元认知调节量表得分为(54.42±10.84)分,UWES-S得分为(72.29±20.08)分,三者之间均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。元认知调节量表得分在MRS与UWES-S得分间起到了显著部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的45.78%(0.282/0.616)。结论 军校护理学员动机调节能力和学习投入有待提升,护理教育实践可从强化动机调节和元认知调节能力入手,提高学员学习投入度,培养其自我调节学习的能力。
Objective To investigate the overall level of motivational regulation,metacognitive regulation and learning engagement of nursing cadets in military academies,and to explore the relationship among them.Methods A total of 83 nursing cadets from the Air Force Military Medical University who met the inclusion exclusion criteria were investigated by motivation regulation scale(MRS),motivated strategies for learming questionnaive(MSLQ) and utrecht work engagement scale-student(UWES-S).Results A total of 83 valid questionnaires were collected.The score of MRS of 83 nursing cadets was(72.29±20.08),MSLQ was(54.42±10.84),UWES-S was(72.29±20.08),and all of which showed a significant positive correlation(P<0.01).And the mediating effect of MSLQ between MRS and UWES-S accounted for 45.78% of the total effect.Conclusion The motivation regulation and learning engagement of nursing cadets in military academies needs to be improved,and the teaching strategies should focus on strengthening the ability of metacognitive regulation and motivation regulation,improve cadets′ learning engagement and cultivate their self-learning ablity.
