全路GPRS系统共用设备故障对行车业务的影响分析

摘要 针对近年来铁路GSM-R网络中偶发大面积进路预告、调度命令异常的问题,结合全路GPRS共用设备运用情况、GPRS组网、承载的铁路业务特点等开展研究。对各铁路局不同厂商核心网设备访问GPRS共用设备的业务逻辑进行分析,研究GPRS不同业务运用场景和运用机制,梳理GPRS共用设备主用节点设备故障或脱网对业务造成的影响、应及时采取的措施和优化手段等;结合GSM-R网络实际组网情况,研究数据网对承载全路GPRS业务的影响,分析业务消息的路由转接,进而针对可能发生的隐性故障,判断故障点及影响范围,将安全风险关口前移,有效提升GPRS故障应急处置水平,缩短故障延时和缩小影响范围,为共用设备主用节点退网检修、异地主备倒换测试等提供相关参考依据;提出全路数据网承载GPRS业务的维护建议和优化措施。 In view of the occasional occurrence of large area abnormal route forecast and dispatching command in GSM-R network in recent years,the application of GPRS common equipment of the whole railway,GPRS networking and the characteristics of railway services carried are studied.The service logic of accessing GPRS common equipment by core network equipment of different manufacturers in railway bureaus is analyzed,and different service application scenarios and application mechanisms of GPRS are studied.The influences of failure or disconnection of main node equipment of GPRS common equipment on service,as well as measures and optimization means that should be taken in time are sorted out.Simultaneously,considering the actual networking situation of the GSM-R network,the influence of the data network on carrying GPRS services throughout the railway system is investigated,and the route transfer of service messages is analyzed.Based on this,for potential hidden faults,fault points and their impact ranges are determined,moving the safety risk gateway forward,which effectively improves the emergency response level of GPRS fault,shortens the fault delay and reduces the influence range,provides relevant reference for the withdrawal of common equipment main node from the network for maintenance and the main-standby switching test in different places.Additionally,maintenance suggestions and optimization measures for carrying GPRS service of the whole railway data network are put forward.
