摘要 计算机联锁系统作为车站信号的关键设备,对行车安全起着至关重要的作用。由于计算机技术的广泛应用,系统的复杂程度和不确定因素也大大增加。为确保计算机联锁系统安全运行,避免意外发生,就必须对其进行安全评估。计算机联锁系统安全评估是目前世界各国保证系统安全可靠运行的通行做法。文章介绍了国内外对计算机联锁系统安全评估的现状和铁路行业安全评估相关技术标准。在阐述计算机联锁系统基本组成的基础上,针对其安全评估数据量少、存在模糊的特点,提出一套完整的安全评估技术方案,主要环节包括:安全评估资料的收集,危险因素的识别与分析,划分评估单元,确定评估方法,最终计算风险值,并进行安全评估总结,给出安全对策措施和建议。 As the key equipment of the station signal, the computer interlocking system plays an important role on the traffic safety. Wide application of the computer technology also greatly increases the complexity and uncertainty of the system. In order to ensure the safe operation of the computer interlocking system, safety assessment is necessary so as to avoid accidents. Safety assessment is also an internationally accepted practice to ensure safe and reliable operation of a system. Firstly this paper introduces domestic and overseas current situations of safety assessment of the computer inter- locking system and the related technical standards of railway safety assessment. Based on the introduction of basic com- position of the computer interlocking system, this paper gives a complete set of technical solution of the safety assess- ment. Its main parts include safety assessment data collection, risk factors identification and analysis, assessment units division, assessment method confirmation, risk values calculation, safety assessment summary and safety countermeas- ures and Suggestions.
