铁路GSM-R网络共用设备故障处置方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国铁路GSM-R网络共用设备在全路集中设置,且工作机制复杂,一旦发生故障对铁路业务影响范围较大。对GSM-R网络共用设备的设置方案及工作机制进行分析,研究共用设备故障对业务的影响;以信令转接点设备故障为例,提出人工处置隐性故障的方案,基于既有7号信令监测系统,初步设计7号信令集中监测预警平台,辅助实现共用设备故障识别及自动告警,通过人防和技防相结合的手段提高设备故障处置效率,降低由于共用设备故障对业务带来的影响程度。 The shared equipment of China’s railway GSM-R network is set in a centralized manner through the entire railway,and the working mechanism is complex,which has a large impact on the railway business in case of failure.The setting plan and working mechanism of the GSM-R network shared equipment are analyzed,and the impact of the shared equipment failure on the business is studied.Taking the STP equipment failure as an example,the manual fault handling scheme for the hidden fault is proposed.Based on the existing No.7 signaling and command monitoring and warning system,the No.7 signaling and command centralized monitoring and warning platform is preliminarily designed to assist in identifying and automatically alerting shared equipment faults.Combining the precaution means by persons and techniques,the efficiency of equipment fault handling is improved and the impact of shared equipment faults on business is reduced.
