摘要
目的探讨中脘穴贴敷联合神阙穴封包促进剖宫产术后排气的效果。方法选择66例行剖宫产术的产妇为研究对象,按照随机方式分为研究组与对照组,各33例。对照组采用常规产后护理方式,研究组在对照组的基础上应用中脘穴贴敷联合神阙穴封包。比较两组产妇首次出现肠鸣音时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间、住院时间,胃肠道功能恢复效果,胃肠道相关并发症发生情况。结果研究组产妇首次出现肠鸣音时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间、住院时间分别为(15.68±4.20)h、(36.23±6.12)h、(24.10±6.55)h、(7.57±1.22)d,均短于对照组的(22.60±5.65)h、(51.85±8.26)h、(38.20±7.61)h、(10.33±2.76)d(P<0.05)。研究组的胃肠道功能恢复优良率为87.88%,对照组为54.55%,研究组胃肠道功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的胃肠道并发症发生率为6.06%,对照组为30.30%,研究组的胃肠道并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中脘穴贴敷联合神阙穴封包可以有效缩短剖宫产术后排气时间及住院时间,加快术后康复。
Objective To explore the effect of Zhongwan acupoint application combined with Shenque acupoint packaging in promoting postoperative exhaust after cesarean section.Methods 66 parturients who underwent cesarean section were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum care,while the study group received Zhongwan acupoint application combined with Shenque acupoint packaging on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of time for the first bowel sounds,first defecation,first anal exhaust,length of hospital stay,recovery effect of gastrointestinal function,and occurrence of gastrointestinalrelated complications.Results In the study group,the time for the first bowel sounds,first defecation,first anal exhaust,length of hospital stay were(15.68±4.20)h,(36.23±6.12)h,(24.10±6.55)h,and(7.57±1.22)d,which were shorter than(22.60±5.65)h,(51.85±8.26)h,(38.20±7.61)h,and(10.33±2.76)d in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent recovery rate of gastrointestinal function was 87.88%in the study group and 54.55%in the control group;the excellent recovery rate of gastrointestinal function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal complications was 6.06%in the study group and 30.30%in the control group;the incidence of gastrointestinal complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhongwan acupoint application and Shenque acupoint packaging can effectively promote postoperative anal exhaust,shorten length of hospital stay,and accelerate postoperative recovery after cesarean section.
