摘要
目的:分析疏调理论指导下从肝脾肾着手针刺调气选穴用经组方(简称调气法)的特点与规律,建立相应的基础通用治方。方法:检索中文数据库(2011年-2021年)中应用调气法治疗疾病的文献,建立针灸处方Excel,运用数据归纳统计,总结分析调气法选穴、用经、组方等特点与规律。结果:共纳入文献23篇,通过统计分析得知:调气法针灸处方中常用穴位是太冲穴、天枢穴、中脘穴、膻中穴、足三里穴;调气法所辨经脉涉及任脉、肝经、胃经、脾经、督脉;调气法特定穴属性从高到低依次为:交会穴、五输穴、募穴、原穴、八脉交会穴。结论:调气法的特点与规律如下:经脉以任脉、肝经、胃经、脾经、督脉为主;穴位以太冲穴、天枢穴、中脘穴、膻中穴、足三里穴为主;特定穴以交会穴、五输穴、募穴、原穴及八脉交会穴为主。调气法基础通用治方如下:百会穴、膻中穴、期门穴、章门穴、中脘穴、天枢穴、气海穴、内关穴、合谷穴、足三里穴、公孙穴、三阴交穴、太冲穴、照海穴、太溪穴。调气法取穴合理,应用范围广泛,疗效良好。此法有较广阔的应用前景与空间,值得进一步探索与研究。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics and rules of acupuncture prescription for clinical acupoints selection of Qi(气)regulation from liver,spleen and kidney under the guidance of dredging and regulating theory(Hereinafter referred to as:regulating Qi method),and to establish a general basic treatment formula for regulating Qi from liver,spleen and kidney under the guidance of dredging and regulating theory.Methods:Search the Chinese database(from 2011 to 2021)for the literature on theO application of regulating Qi method to treat diseases,establish Excel for acupuncture prescriptions,use data to summarize and analyze the characteristics and laws of points selection,meridian use,formula formulation,etc.of regulating Qi method.Results:A total of 23 articles were included.According to statistical analysis,acupuncture and regulating Qi from liver,spleen and kidney under the guidance of dredging and regulating theory:the acupoints commonly used in acupuncture prescriptions are Taichong(LR3),Tianshu(ST25),Zhongwan(RN12),Danzhong(RN17)and Zusanli(ST36).(2)the meridians involve Ren(任)meridian,liver meridian,stomach meridian,spleen meridian and Du(督)meridian.The specific acupoints attributes from high to low are as follows:crossing points,Five-shu points(五腧穴),front-mu points(募穴),Yuan-primary points(原穴),eight confluenence points.Conclusion:The characteristics and rules of acupuncture and regulating Qi from liver,spleen and kidney under the guidance of dredging and regulating theory are as follows:the main meridians are Ren meridian,liver meridian,stomach meridian,spleen meridian and Du meridian.The main acupoints are Taichong,Tianshu,Zhongwan,Danzhong and Zusanli.The specific acupoints are crossing points,five-shu points,front-mu points,Yuan-primary points,eight confluenence points.The basic general method of selecting acupoints is as follows:Baihui(DU20),Danzhong,Qimen(LA14),Zhangmen(LR13),Zhongwan,Tianshu,Qihai(RN6),Neiguan(PC6),Hegu(LI4),Zusanli,Gongsun(SP4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Taichong,Zhaohai(KI6)an
