摘要
目的 探究灸法治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床应用规律。方法 检索建库起至2022年3月31日CNKI、WF、VIP收录的临床研究文献,建立数据库,对取穴规律、灸法种类、单次灸量及施灸频次及治疗方法进行统计分析。结果 共纳入文献102篇,涉及腧穴35个,高频腧穴为关元、气海、中极、肾俞、三阴交,主治经脉以任脉与足太阳膀胱经为主,腹部与腰骶部为常用取穴部位,交会穴、募穴、背俞穴为常用特定穴;灸法种类以温和灸、温针灸和隔药灸为主;单次灸量及施灸频次总体呈现“次频量少”的特点;灸法联合盆底康复训练的治疗方法应用最为广泛。结论 艾灸治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application rule of moxibustion in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods From the establishment of the database to March 31,2022,the clinical research documents on moxibustion in the treatment of female SUI included in CNKI,WF,and VIP was searched,and a database was established to analyze the regularity of acupoints selection and the types of moxibustion,the amount of single moxibustion,the frequency of moxibustion and the treatment method were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 102 articles were included,involving 35 acupoints.The high⁃frequency acupoints were Guanyuan(RN4),Qihai(RN6),Zhongji(RN3),Shenshu(BL23)and Sanyinjiao(SP6).The main meridians are ren meridian and bladder meridian.Abdomen and lumbosacral area are commonly used acupoint selection sites.Jiaohui acupoints,Mu acupoints and Beishu acupoints are commonly used specific acupoints.The types of moxibustion are mainly mild moxibustion,warm needling moxibustion and herbal moxibustion.The amount of single moxibustion and the frequency of moxibustion generally show the characteristics of“more frequency and less amount”.The treatment method of moxibustion combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training is the most widely used.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence is significant,and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
