摘要
卒中后神经源性尿潴留的发生率正逐年上升,治疗不及时有尿路感染的风险,严重者可累及肾脏,不仅严重影响患者生活质量,甚至危及患者生命。针刺疗法已涉及许多领域,如神经疾病、精神疾病、运动障碍性疾病等,并取得了非常显著的成效。文章总结针刺治疗卒中后神经源性尿潴留的机理、临床疗效,为临床提供循证依据,为卒中后神经源性尿潴留的康复提供更优化的治疗方法。
Studies have shown that the incidence of neurogenic urinary retention after stroke is increasing year by year.If the treatment is not timely,there is a risk of urinary tract infection.In severe cases,the kidney may be involved,which not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients,but even endangers their lives.Acupuncture has been involved in many fields,such as neurological diseases,mental diseases,dyskinesia diseases,etc.,and has achieved remarkable results.This paper summarizes the mechanism and clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of neurogenic urinary retention after stroke in recent five years,and provides evidence-based basis for clinic and more optimized treatment methods for rehabilitation of neurogenic urinary retention after stroke.
