摘要
介绍了通过研究铬矿特性、冶炼渣型、炉渣碱度、镁铝比以及合金中硅含量等参数与渣中Cr_(2)O_(3)含量的关系,借助Mintab数据分析软件明确了各参数和相关影响因素的优先级,从而有针对性的对原有工艺参数进行优化调整,有效的降低了渣中Cr_(2)O_(3)含量并提高了铬综合收得率。
The article researched relation between Cr_(2)O_(3)in slag and parameters,such as chrome ore properties,slag composition,slag basicity,MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio,silicon content in alloy,etc.At the same time,used data analysis software Mintab to clarify the order of priority among those factors.There by purposefully optimized and adjusted the original process parameters.Eventually Cr_(2)O_(3)content in slag was effectively reduced and the chromium recovery rate of was raised.
