摘要
研究了微波体还原含Si铬铁矿粉在不同冶炼温度、保温时间以及终点出料温度条件下对还原产物Cr-Fe合金聚集长大以及渣金分离的影响,并对还原产物Cr-Fe合金进行化学成分分析。在冶炼温度1300℃,保温40 min,出料温度控制在1450℃条件下,金属相能更好地聚集成块,实现渣金分离,其产物能达到(GB5683-87)FeCr55C25Ⅱ要求。
Influence of various smelting temperature, holding time and end-point temperature on the conglomera- tion, growing and separation of the Cr-Fe alloy during voluminal reduction on chromite ore fines containing silicon heated by microwave was studied. The chemical composition of reduction products Cr-Fe alloy was also analyzed. The results show that the reduction product Cr-Fe alloy conglomerates to block and separates from slags preferably at smelting temperature of 1 300 ℃, holding time of 40 minutes and end-point temperature of 1 450 ℃. The com- position of reduction products Cr-Fe alloy meets requirements of (GB5683-87) FeCr55C25II.
