摘要
介绍了为提高铬元素回收率而在高碳铬铁生产中所采取的措施。分析了所使用铬矿的冶金性能,在不同铬矿搭配的情况下,针对不同铬矿的实际冶炼特性,采取合理搭配熔剂和选择还原剂等方法,得到了较理想的终渣渣型,降低了渣中Cr_2O_3,含量,同时,加强了工艺控制和操作管理以减少金属浪费,从而使铬元素一次回收率提高到92.7%。
It introduces some measures adopted to increase chrome recovery in high-C ferrochrome production at Emei FerroaUoys Co. Metallurgical properties of used chrome-ore were analyzed.To counter the practical melting chracter of chrome-ore and under various chrome-ore blending condition, method of using proper flux and choosing proper coke size were adopted. Reasonable constitution of final slag was obtained and Cr_2O_3 in slag was reduced. Simultaneously by strenghened the process control and operation management to reduce metal loss,primary chrome recovery were increased to 92.7%.
