摘要
近年来,BIM、云计算、物联网等数智化技术的广泛应用为数智化技术与建筑产业、绿色建造深度融合提供了新的解决方案。作为创新应用场景,数智化技术在绿色建造中的应用得到广泛关注。围绕数智化在绿色建造中的应用这一主题,基于2012—2021年国内期刊数据库中的84篇相关文献,从文献发表概况、研究热点与主题聚类等方面进行文献实证分析,从赋能机制、多技术集成、风险挑战、理论视角、研究框架等维度作定性分析,梳理了绿色建造设计、施工、运营与维护阶段数智化技术的研究进展,并提出了知识理论挖掘主要内容和未来亟需关注的关键议题。
With the wide application of digital intelligence technology such as BIM,cloud computing and Internet of things,it provides a new solution for the intelligence technology and the construction industry,and the deep integration of green construction.As an innovative application scenario,the application of digital intelligence technology in green construction has been widely concerned.This study focuses on the theme of the application of digital intelligence in green construction.Based on 84 relevant literatures in the journal database in China from 2012 to 2021,it makes an empirical analysis from the overview of the publications,research hotspots and topic clustering,and makes a qualitative analysis from the dimensions of enabling mechanism,multi technology integration,risk challenges,theoretical perspective,and research framework,revealing the research progress of digital intelligence technology in green construction design,construction,operation and maintenance stage,and puts forward the main content of knowledge theory exploiting and the key issues requiring urgent attention in future.
