摘要
基建管理具有功能综合、管理复杂、单位众多、资源分散和信息共享困难等特点,以复旦大学基建管理BIM应用为基础,通过阐述基于BIM的建筑全生命周期管理实施过程,总结实际应用效果和亟待解决的问题,并对BIM技术发展方向做探讨,以期为推进更为先进科学的建筑协同化施工、信息化建设、集成性运维和智慧化管理提供方向和思考。
Infrastructure management has the characteristics of comprehensive function,complex management,large number of units,scattered resources and difficult information sharing.Based on the BIM application of infrastructure management of Fudan University,this paper expounds the implementation process of the life cycle of building information management,and summarizes the effect of practical application and the problems to be solved urgently,the development direction of BIM is also discussed.In order to provide direction and thinking for promoting the construction cooperation,information construction,integrated transportation and intelligent management more advanced and more scientific.
