摘要
目的 分析腹针结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗老年失眠症患者的临床效果。方法 目的选取青岛市黄岛区人民医院中医科于2022年2月—2023年4月收治的60例失眠症患者,根据治疗方式不同分成两组,探究组、常规组,每组30例,探究组应用腹针结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,常规组采取交变磁场治疗,对比两组治疗有效率、治疗前后睡眠质量评分。结果 探究组治疗有效率为96.00%(24/25),高于常规组的68.00%(17/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.639,P<0.001);治疗后,与常规组相比,探究组睡眠质量得分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 腹部针灸结合低频率反复经颅磁疗可以提高老年失眠患者的睡眠质量和情感状态。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of insomnia in the elderly.Methods Sixty patients with insomnia admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Huangdao District People's Hospital of Qingdao from February 2022to April 2023 were objectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,the inquiry group and the conventional group,thirty cases in each group.The inquiry group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the conventional group was treated with alternating magnetic field.The effective rate of treatment and the sleep quality scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the inquiry group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than 68.00%(17/25) in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.639,P<0.001);After treatment,the sleep quality score of the inquiry group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic therapy can improve the sleep quality and emotional state of elderly patients with insomnia.
