摘要
脑卒中后睡眠障碍(post-stroke sleep disorders,PSSD)发病率日渐增高,严重影响患者的生活质量,延缓卒中康复,而药物治疗往往效果不理想。重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,r TMS)已被多项研究证实可改善PSSD,透过颅骨直接刺激大脑皮层,调节皮层的兴奋性,改变睡眠结构。本文将对r TMS在PSSD治疗中的应用及其可能的作用机制进行综述,以期为临床r TMS治疗PSSD提供参考。
The incidence rate of post-stroke sleep disorders is increasing day by day,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and delays the rehabilitation of stroke.Drug treatment is often ineffective.Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation has been confirmed by multiple studies to improve PSSD by stimulating the cerebral cortex through the skull,regulating cortical excitability,and altering sleep structure.This article will review the application of r TMS in the treatment of PSSD and its possible mechanisms of action,in order to provide reference for clinical rTMS treatment of PSSD.
