With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the food processing industry has developed rapidly.While meeting people’s demand for diversified food,food processing also has an important impact on food nutrition and safety.This article introduces the main food processing methods,explores the impact of different processing methods on food nutrition and safety,and puts forward targeted improvement measures to ensure that food processing can not only meet people’s pursuit of delicious food,but also ensure food nutrition and safety.
