摘要
目前,我国食品工业正处于转型的关键时期,面临着破解人民群众对兼具健康美味食品的需求、解决食品行业发展不充分,不平衡的矛盾和低端食品转型的艰巨任务,迫切需要食品领域专业人才夯实基础研究、突破现有共性技术难题。探究“工匠型”食品人才的培育路径,有助于充分发挥高校人才培育的作用,提高食品专业学生的职业素养、创新创业意识,推动食品工业快速转型,为食品安全保驾护航。
At present,China's food industry is in a critical period of transformation,facing the arduous task of solving the people's demand for healthy and delicious food,solving the insufficient development of the food industry,unbalanced contradictions and low-end food transformation,and urgently needs professionals in the food field to consolidate basic research and break through existing common technical problems.Exploring the cultivation path of Artisan-Type food talents would help give full play to the role of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,improved the professionalism,innovation and entrepreneurship awareness of food students,promoted the rapid transformation of the food industry,and escort food safety.
