摘要
薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,直接影响员工的工作积极性、组织效率以及公司竞争力。随着经济环境和市场条件的不断变化,传统薪酬管理模式也逐渐显露出其局限性。本文首先通过分析企业薪酬管理理念的发展,进而针对其对于企业发展的作用做出论述,指出当下企业薪酬管理中存在的问题并对其提出具有针对性的解决措施,旨在为企业提供改进薪酬管理的实践指导和理论支持。
Compensation management is an important part of enterprise human resources management,which directly affects the work enthusiasm of employees,organizational efficiency and company competitiveness.With the constant change of economic environment and market conditions,the traditional salary management model has gradually revealed its limitations.This paper first analyzes the development of enterprise compensation management concept,and then discusses its role in enterprise development,points out the existing problems in enterprise compensation management and puts forward targeted solutions,aiming at providing enterprises with practical guidance and theoretical support for improving compensation management.
