摘要
本研究围绕工业污水处理厂施工中防水防腐蚀技术的应用进行深入探讨。通过A工业污水处理厂的案例分析,详细介绍了处理池体、管道系统、设备表面、泵房与风机房以及配电室与控制室等关键区域的防水防腐蚀技术应用,并对其成效进行量化评估,同时进一步提出材料选择与环境匹配、施工工艺优化、防护层测试与维护管理等方面的改进建议,以及防水防腐蚀技术的发展趋势。研究结果表明,采用多层复合防护系统、高性能材料与智能化检测手段,显著提升污水处理设施的耐久性与可靠性,降低运营成本。
This study explores the application of waterproof and anti-corrosion technologies in the construction of industrial wastewater treatment plants in depth.Through the case analysis of A industrial wastewater treatment plant,this article provides a detailed introduction to the application of waterproof and anti-corrosion technologies in key areas such as treatment tanks,pipeline systems,equipment surfaces,pump rooms and fan rooms,as well as distribution rooms and control rooms.The effectiveness of these technologies is quantitatively evaluated,and improvement suggestions are further proposed for material selection and environmental matching,construction process optimization,protective layer testing and maintenance management,as well as the development trend of waterproof and anti-corrosion technologies.The research results indicate that by use of multi-layer composite protection systems,high-performance materials,and intelligent detection methods,the durability and reliability of sewage treatment facilities are significantly improved and the operating costs are reduced.
