摘要
目的:观察醒脑静注射液联合急诊溶栓抗凝治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2023年12月常州市武进人民医院收治的急性脑梗死患者118例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=59)实施常规急诊溶栓抗凝治疗,观察组(n=59)在对照组基础上联合醒脑静注射液治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、血清学指标、脑氧代谢指标及不良反应发生率、死亡率。结果:治疗后,两组各项中医证候评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组同型半胱氨酸、血管紧张素Ⅱ、动脉-静脉血氧含量差、细胞外液氧提取率降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组死亡率低于对照组(P=0.028)。结论:醒脑静注射液联合急诊溶栓抗凝治疗急性脑梗死的效果显著,可缓解临床症状,改善血清学指标、脑氧代谢指标,降低死亡率。
Objective:To observe the effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with emergency thrombolysis and anticoagulation on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighteen patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Changzhou Wujin People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and grouped according to random number table method.Control group(n=59)received routine emergency thrombolysis and anticoagulation treatment,observation group(n=59)was combined with Xingnaojing injection on the basis of control group.TCM syndrome score,serological index,cerebral oxygen metabolism index,incidence of adverse reactions and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the content of homocysteine,angiotensinⅡ,artery-venous blood oxygen and extracellular liquid oxygen extraction rate were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the mortality rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.028).Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection combined with emergency thrombolysis and anticoagulation has a remarkable effect on acute cerebral infarction,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve serological indexes and cerebral oxygen metabolism indexes,and reduce mortality.
