基于本土案例的工程伦理教学探讨——以资源勘查工程为例

摘要 “新工科”建设下,工程活动愈发具有创新性、复杂性、多变性。应对复杂多变的工程活动诱发的伦理冲突与困境,从教育源头加强未来工程践行者的工程伦理教育很有必要。工程伦理是地质专业的基础教育课程,对提升学生辨别、分析、应对复杂工程实践中的伦理问题起到关键作用。鉴于国内工程伦理教育存在西式理论思维束缚、课程定位不明、工程伦理意识与伦理精神欠缺、学科跨界难融合等问题,从地质专业视角出发,以工程伦理课程为实施载体,选择符合中国国情和发展现状的本土教学案例,优化教学内容,明确价值取向,探索“新工科”背景下基于本土案例的工程伦理课程教学实践,服务“新工科”建设,更好地使用工程技术为国家和社会谋福利。 Under the construction of'New engineering',engineering activities are becoming more innovative,complex and changeable.To deal with the ethical conflicts and dilemmas induced by complex and changing engineering activities,it is necessary to strengthen the engineering ethics education for future engineering practitioners from the source of education.Engineering ethics is a basic education course for geological majors.Engineering ethics education plays a key role in improving students'ability to identify,analyze and deal with ethical problems in complex engineering practice.In view of the problems in domestic engineering ethics education,such as western theoretical thinking constraints,unclear curriculum positioning,lack of engineering ethics consciousness and ethical spirit,and difficult integration of disciplines,from the perspective of geology,taken the engineering ethics course as the implementation carrier to excavate the local teaching cases in accordance with Chinese national conditions and development situation.Taken ideological and political elements and innovative teaching practices as the driven force to integrate the teaching content and value orientation,explore the teaching practice of engineering ethics course based on local cases under the background of'New engineering'.To serve the construction of'New engineering'and use engineering technology to better serve the welfare of the country and society.
