摘要
成套改造实施的全过程造价管理与以往单纯的新建、修缮工程的造价成本控制要求有较大的不同。结合某成套改造项目工程经验,对在工程设计、招标、施工、结算4个主要阶段遇到的造价成本控制难点进行分析,采用针对性的预防措施或解决方案,以具体项目造价全过程控制中的实施管理方法,实现了对项目整体改造成本的有效控制。
The cost management throughout the entire process of comprehensive renovation differs significantly from the cost control requirements of simple new construction and repair projects.Drawing from the experience of a specific renovation project,this paper analyzes the cost control challenges encountered during the four main phases:engineering design,bidding,construction,and settlement.Targeted preventive measures or solutions are implemented to effectively control the overall renovation costs of the project.
