摘要
文章首先分析了房屋修缮工程预算编制对造价控制的影响,凸显了预算编制的重要性;然后指出了房屋修缮工程预算编制过程中存在的问题,包括缺乏对修缮材料价格的精准把控、定额套用的准确性难以得到保障、建筑项目修缮工程不确定因素较多;最后从以战略视角布置预算编制工作、对房屋修缮工程预算编制工作进行监督与检查、优化对工程费用的编制选择等方面就房屋修缮工程预算编制工作提出可行性建议,以供相关人员参考。
This paper first analyzes the impact of budget preparation of housing renovation projects on cost control,highlighting the importance of budget preparation. Then, it points out the problems existing in the budget preparation process of housing renovation projects, including the lack of precise control over the price of renovation materials, the difficulty of ensuring the accuracy of quota application, and much uncertainty of construction project renovation project.Finally, feasible suggestions are put forward for the budget preparation work of housing renovation projects from the aspects of arranging the budget preparation work from a strategic perspective, supervising and inspecting the budget preparation work of housing renovation projects, and optimizing the preparation and selection of project costs for the reference of relevant personnel.
