摘要
采油厂建设工程管理主要为在预期的质量、工期、成本的条件下,确保工程施工安全并如期完成。经相关文献汇整可知,办理采油厂建设工程招标管理将纳入契约。文章将针对采油厂建设工程招标阶段的工作执行内容及实际执行案例分析现况履约时申请展延工期及办理变更设计原因,汇整出影响工程迟延的各现况因素,纳入规划设计阶段检讨招标管理完整度的评估项目,则可确保施工契约与计划的可行性与可控制性。
The management of the construction project of the oil production plant is mainly to ensure that the construction is safe and complete on schedule under the conditions of expected quality,duration and cost.According to the relevant literature,it can be known that the bidding management of the construction project of the oil production plant will be included in the contract agreement.This article will analyze the current status of the application for extension of the construction period and the reasons for the design change during the performance of the construction project in the bidding phase of the oil production plant construction project,and summarize the current status factors that affect the project delay,and incorporate it into the planning and design phase to review the bidding The evaluation project of the management integrity can ensure the feasibility and controllability of the construction contract and plan.
