摘要
老旧小区改造已成为城市更新发展的重要组成部分,但部分老旧小区结构性能差且存在一定的结构安全问题,需通过加固改造保证老旧小区的结构安全性。通过对上海某老旧小区改造加固的实践经验分析,探讨老旧小区改造加固技术,以期提高结构的抗震能力,保证结构的安全稳定。
The reconstruction of old residential areas has become an important part of urban renewal and development,however,some old residential areas have poor structural performance and certain structural safety problems,necessitating the assurance of structural safety of old residential areas through reinforcement and reconstruction.Based on the analysis of the practical experience of the renovation and reinforcement of an old residential area in Shanghai,the renovation and reinforcement techniques of the old residential area is discussed.This can improve the seismic capacity of the structure and ensure the safety and stability of the structure.
