摘要
高职生主题班会是在班主任的指导下,依据教育计划或客观需要,组织高职生为解决某一重要问题,举行的有目的、有计划、有组织的会议,是贯彻落实立德树人根本任务和创新教育工作新局面的重要途径。在开展高职生主题班会中,通过师生共同确定班会主题,发挥学生的主体性,依规有序实施,总结反思笃行,能有效培育学生德性和德行,确保学校德育工作的精准性与实效性,进一步落实立德树人根本任务。
Conducting themed class meetings for vocational college students is a purposeful,planned,and organized meeting organized under the guidance of the class teacher,based on educational plans or objective needs,to solve an important problem for vocational college students.It is an important way to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents and to innovate the new situation of education work.By jointly identifying the theme of the class meeting between teachers and students,unleashing students'subjectivity,implementing it in an orderly manner according to regulations,summarizing,reflecting,and practicing diligently,we can effectively cultivate students'virtues and conduct,ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the school's moral education work,and further implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and nurturing people.
