摘要
构建高校党史学习教育常态化长效化机制有助于筑牢高校意识形态阵地、巩固高校党史学习教育成果,从根本上落实立德树人根本任务。在建构原则上,要把握主线、突出内容、明确主体、明晰实践。在实践指向上,要从学习、育人、资源以及评价等机制探索发力点。应构建常态化学习机制,拓宽党史学习教育主渠道;构建多元育人机制,激发多主体协同育人积极性;构建资源融通机制,用好党史资源;构建成效评价机制,注重党史学习教育的多维评价。
Constructing a regular and long-term mechanism for Party history learning and education in colleges and universities can help to build up ideological positions in colleges and universities,consolidate the achievements of Party history learning and ed-ucation in colleges and universities,and fundamentally implement the fundamental task of educating people with moral values.In the principle of construction,it is necessary to grasp the main line,highlight the content,clarify the main body,and clarify the prac-tice.In terms of practice,it is necessary to explore the starting point from the mechanism of learning,nurturing,resources and eval-uation.We should construct a regular learning mechanism to broaden the main channel of Party history learning and education,con-struct a diversified educating mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of multi-principal collaborative educating,construct a re-source integration mechanism to make good use of the Party history resources and construct an evaluation mechanism to focus on the multi-dimensional evaluation of the Party history learning and education.
