摘要
目的分析儿科护理人员管理应用全方位护理管理的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月巨野县人民医院儿科的42名护理人员为研究对象,根据不同的管理方法分为两组。2023年1—6月采用院内常规儿科护理管理模式,设为对照组;2023年7—12月开展全方位护理管理优化工作,设为观察组。两组为同一批护理人员。比较两组护理人员专业能力(理论知识、实践操作)评分、工作倦怠感和职业获益感评分、工作质量评分。结果观察组理论知识、实践操作评分、工作质量评分和职业获益感评分均高于对照组,观察组工作倦怠感评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论全方位护理管理可提高儿科护理人员管理质量,减轻工作倦怠感,提升职业获益感。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing management in the management of pediatric nursing staff.Methods From January to December 2023,42 nursing staff in the Department of Pediatrics of Juye County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into two groups.From January to June 2023,the routine pediatric nursing management mode in the hospital was adopted as the control group.From July to December 2023,the optimization of comprehensive nursing management was carried out as the observation group.The two groups were the same nursing staff.The scores of professional ability(theoretical knowledge and practical operation),job burnout and occupational benefit,and work quality were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,quality of work and occupational benefit in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the job burnout score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing management can improve the management quality of pediatric nursing staff,reduce job burnout and improve the sense of professional benefit.
