摘要
围绝经期情感障碍是围绝经过渡期常见的精神健康问题,其对女性健康的影响显著,且发病率较高,已成为公共卫生领域的重点关注问题之一。在中医病机上,围绝经期情感障碍与肾、肝、心、脾紧密相关。在治疗上,西药不良反应大,而针灸作为中医传统治疗,采用针刺、电针、穴位注射、穴位埋线、艾灸、针药结合等方式通过激发经气、调和阴阳、调节内分泌和神经功能,达到治疗疾病的目的,具有形式多样、副作用小、疗效稳定等优点。未来,针灸治疗将在围绝经期情感障碍治疗中发挥更大作用。
Perimenopausal emotional disorder is a common mental health problem in the perimenopausal transition period,which has a significant impact on women′s health and a high incidence,and has become one of the key concerns in the field of public health.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis,perimenopausal emotional disorder is closely related to the kidneys,liver,heart,and spleen.In terms of treatment,western medicine has a large adverse reaction,while acupuncture and moxibustion,as a TCM treatment,uses acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupoint injection,acupoint catgut embedding,moxibustion,combination of acupuncture and medicine and other methods to achieve the purpose of treating diseases by stimulating the meridian qi,regulating yin and yang,regulating endocrine and neural functions,with various forms,small side effects,stable efficacy and other advantages.In the future,acupuncture and moxibustion will play a greater role in the treatment of perimenopausal emotional disorder.
