目标·困囿·路径:大中小学“思想政治教育一体化”建设的三维探赜

Goal,Challenges and Pathways:A Three-Dimensional Exploration of the Construction of"Ideological and Political Education Integration"in Universities,Secondary Schools and Primary Schools

摘要 充分依托大中小学思想政治教育的力量,强化大中小学思想政治教育的整合,是适应教育现代化发展潮流、响应教育改革需求的需要。针对当前大中小学“思想政治教育一体化”建设不同学段的教材之间存在重复或冗余的内容、人员配置不符合要求、保障机制亟待健全、基础教育重智育轻德育、新质生产力的发展对其提出了全新的课题和挑战等困囿,应从如下方面着手:打造一体化的大中小学思想政治教育教材体系、构建层层递进的思想政治理论课程体系、完善一体化建设中的各类保障、创立科学研究激励协作机制,深入理解和把握新质生产力对社会和人才培养的要求。 Fully leveraging the strengths of ideological and political education in universities and elementary school,and enhancing the integration of ideological and political education in universities and elementary school,is a necessity for adapting to the trend of education modernization and responding to the needs of education reform.In light of the current challenges in the integration process,such as repetitive or redundant content across textbooks at different educational levels,inadequate personnel allocation,urgent need for improvement of guarantee mechanisms,emphasis on intellectual education over moral education in basic education,and the development of new productive forces,we should start from the following aspects:building an integrated textbook system for ideological and political education in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,constructing a progressive curriculum system for ideological and political theory,improving various guarantees in the integration construction,establishing scientific research incentive and cooperation mechanisms,and deeply understanding and grasping the requirements of new productive forces for society and talent cultivation.
