摘要
通过查阅近5年名老中医经验传承研究相关文献,总结出现有研究在定性研究、文献调研、临床观察、动物实验、数据挖掘方面存在研究队伍不足、地区分布不均,传承模式局限、传承效果欠佳,数据挖掘模式不成熟,科研成果转化不理想等问题,重点分析了基于中医药和名老中医医案的知识图谱构建研究现状,提出开展多学科交叉融合的真实世界研究,是未来名老中医经验传承研究的新模式和新方向。
To summarizes a series of problems in qualitative research,literature research,clinical observation,animal experiments and data mining,such as the lack of research team,uneven regional distribution,limited inheritance mode,poor inheritance effect,immature data mining mode and unsatisfactory transformation of scientific research achievements by consulting the relevant literature on the experience inheritance of prominent TCM practitioners in the past five years.This article focuses on the analysis of the research status of the construction of knowledge map based on TCM and medical records of prominent TCM practitioners,then puts forward that the real world research of interdisciplinary integration will be the new mode and direction of the research on the experience inheritance of prominent TCM practitioners in the future.
