基于文献计量学的中国水稻转录组研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF RICE TRANSCRIPTOME IN THE CHINA BASED ON BIBLIOMETRICS

摘要 为了探究水稻转录组(Rice transcriptome)研究的热点与趋势,本研究基于CNKI数据库,基于文献计量学的方法,对中国的发文量、关键词、研究机构、作者、基金、学科方向,进行相关分析。发现水稻转录组的研究进展与趋势动态,旨在为水稻转录组等领域的研究人员提供一定量的数据进行参考。结果显示:2003—2021年水稻转录组的研究论文数量共1512篇;文献的数量逐年增加,其中在2020年的产出数量最高;发文量前3的作者分别是刘向东、吴锦文、梁五生;华中农业大学,南京农业大学,浙江大学,中国农业科学院,华南农业大学发表的水稻转录组文献数量居全国前5位;该领域主要研究学科是,农作物、植物保护、园艺、生物学和林业等;国家自然科学基金是支持水稻转录组研究的主要项目。综合来看,中国在研究水稻转录组领域处于优势地位。 In order to explore the hot spots and trends of Rice transcriptome research,based on CNKI database and bibliometrics,this study made a correlation analysis on the number of articles published in China,key words,research institutions,authors,funds and disciplines.The research progress and trend of rice transcriptome were found,aiming at providing a certain amount of data for reference for researchers in rice transcriptome and other fields.The results showed that there were 1512 research papers on rice transcriptome from 2003 to 2021.The number of literatures is increasing year by year,with the highest output in 2020;The top three authors are Liu Xiangdong,Wu Jinwen and Liang Wusheng.The number of rice transcriptome documents published by Huazhong Agricultural University,Nanjing Agricultural University,Zhejiang University,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and South China Agricultural University ranks among the top five in China;The main research disciplines in this field are crops,plant protection,horticulture,biology and forestry,etc.National Natural Science Foundation of China is the main research and development project supporting rice transcriptome.On the whole,China is in an advantageous position in the research of rice transcriptome.
