3D打印联合TBL+CBL教学模式在骨科临床教学中的实践

摘要 目的探究基于3D打印(3DP)联合基于团队学习的教学(TBL)+以案例为基础的教学(CBL)教学模式在骨科临床教学的应用价值,提高骨科临床教学的效果,为骨科临床带教提供新思路和方法。方法2023年1—8月随机选取黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院中医骨伤教研室2019级5年制临床专业本科实习生60名,采用随机数表法分为试验教学组和传统教学组,每组各30名。传统教学组采用传统讲授为基础的教学(LBL)+以问题为基础的教学(PBL)的教学模式,试验教学组使用3DP联合TBL+CBL教学模式。通过基础理论知识、临床专业技能、自主学习能力的客观考核,临床实习满意度量表主观评分,进行临床带教工作效果的评价。结果试验教学组基础理论知识、临床专业技能、自主学习能力的客观考核及临床实习满意度的主观评分成绩明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论3DP联合TBL+CBL教学模式能够有效提高学生学习兴趣及自主学习能力,提升学生临床技能及解决临床问题的能力,提高临床教学效果。 Objective To explore the application value of teaching mode based on three-dimensional printing(3DP)combined with team-based learning(TBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in orthopedic clinical teaching,improve the effect of orthopedic clinical teaching,and provide new ideas and methods for orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods From January to August 2023,60 undergraduate interns with a 5-year clinical program in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Second Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were randomly selected and divided into an experimental teaching group and a traditional teaching group,with 30 students in each group,using a random number method.The traditional teaching group adopted a teaching mode of traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)+problembased learning(PBL),while the experimental teaching group used a teaching mode of 3DP combined with TBL+CBL.The effectiveness of clinical teaching was evaluated through objective assessment of basic theoretical knowledge,clinical professional skills,and self-learning ability,as well as subjective score of clinical practice satisfaction scale.Results The objective assessment of basic theoretical knowledge,clinical professional skills,self-learning ability and subjective evaluation of clinical practice satisfaction in the experimental teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of 3DP combined with TBL and CBL can effectively improve students’learning interest and self-learning ability,improve their clinical skills and ability to solve clinical problems,and improve the clinical teaching effect.
