摘要
中医药是治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤的重要手段,针对临床出现的中药口服受限的情况,中医外治法可作为内治法的有益补充。中医外治法是通过在体表特定部位施以药物或物理手段等刺激以达到治病目的的方法,具有作用直接、效果确切、操作简便等特点。文章总结分析了中药热奄、中药敷贴、穴位敷贴、隔物灸、督脉灸、脐灸、中医定向透药及耳穴贴压等常用中医外治法的作用机制及临床效果,为胃肠道恶性肿瘤的综合治疗提供了新的思路和方法。
Traditional Chinese medicine is an important means for gastrointestinal malignancies treatment.On the situation of oral ad⁃ministration was restricted,the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can be a beneficial supplement to the treatment.Exter⁃nal therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is a method of treating diseases by applying herbs or physical stimulation to specific parts of the body surface,which has the characteristics of direct action,exact curative effect and simple operation.This paper summarized and analyzed the action mechanism and clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine fomentation package,Chinese medicine application,acu⁃point application,material-separated moxibustion,Du-meridian moxibustion,umbilical moxibustion,Chinese medicine directional penetration and auricular point sticking,which provides new ideas and methods for the comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal ma⁃lignancies.
