摘要
目的探讨耳穴疗法联合智三针、头针对脑卒中后认知功能障碍(PSCI)患者的疗效.方法选取该院2019年4月—2020年5月收治的PSCI患者62例,随机分为两组,每组31例.对照组患者采用认知康复训练,在此基础上,研究组患者采用耳穴疗法联合智三针、头针治疗.比较两组的临床疗效及简易智力检查量表(MMSE)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和Barthel指数(BI)评分.结果治疗前,两组的MMSE评分、NIHSS评分和BI评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的MMSE评分、BI评分均高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的总有效率93.55%高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论耳穴疗法联合智三针、头针对PSCI的疗效确切,可以改善患者神经功能和认知功能,提高其生活质量.
Objective To explore the efficacy of auricular point therapy combined with Zhisan acupuncture and scalp acupuncture in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods A total of 62 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment who were admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given cognitive rehabilitation training,and on this basis,the patients in the study group were given auricular acupuncture therapy combined with Zhisan acupuncture and scalp acupuncture.The clinical efficacy and mini mental state examination(MMSE),National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and Barthel index(BI)scores were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in MMSE score,NIHSS score and BI score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the MMSE score and BI score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.55%higher than that of the control group 74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint therapy combined with Zhisan acupuncture and scalp acupuncture has a definite curative effect on PSCI,which can improve the patient's neurological and cognitive functions,and improve their quality of life.
