摘要
目的:系统评价耳穴疗法治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的临床效果。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数字化期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science中耳穴相关疗法治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的相关文献,检索时限自建库至2022年11月1日。由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选、数据提取和质量评价后采用RevMan 5.4.1软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9项研究,涉及678例病人,Meta分析结果显示,治疗后试验组临床总有效率高于对照组[OR=4.21,95%CI(2.56,6.90),P<0.00001];试验组简易精神状态量表评分[MD=2.80,95%CI(1.52,4.08),P<0.00001]、蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分[MD=3.06,95%CI(2.32,3.81),P<0.00001]和Barthel指数量表评分[MD=6.18,95%CI(4.03,8.33),P<0.00001]均高于对照组。结论:现有证据表明,耳穴疗法可以改善脑卒中后认知障碍病人的认知功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To systematically review the clinical effects of auriculotherapy for cognitive dysfunction after stroke.Methods:The related literature about auriculotherapy for cognitive dysfunction after stroke were searched from the CNKI,VIP,WanFang Database,CBM,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science.The retrieval time was from the inception to November 1,2022.After independent literature screening,data extraction and quality assessment by two researchers,RevMan 5.4.1 was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 678 patients from 9 studies were included,and the Meta-analysis results showed that the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group[OR=4.21,95%CI(2.56,6.90),P<0.00001];the scores of the Mini-Mental State Scale[MD=2.80,95%CI(1.52,4.08),P<0.00001],Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale[MD=3.06,95%CI(2.32,3.81),P<0.00001],and Barthel Index Scale[MD=6.18,95%CI(4.03,8.33),P<0.00001]were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group.Conclusion:Current evidence shows that auriculotherapy can improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke.
